PiPs opened at little over a year ago, on July 1, 2011, and the table tennis and art space is going strong. They have several cool events scheduled throughout September: the 300 Dollar Tourney; Best in the Burg; Ladies Night Out; Big Double; and until November, a huge Tiger Pong league party night that is not to be missed. PiPs teamed up with Tiger Beer to bring you a ping pong league night featuring local digital media companies and community shops such as, Pilgrim Surf, Grand Opening, Thompson Punke, and BBOX Radio. The Tiger Pong league meets every Tuesday through November, when the top 2 teams will battle each other in a grand finale. The next Tiger Pong Rally Party, which brings all 16 teams and their friends together, is September 25. Free Tiger Beer! Free food! And Free ping pong! With a 32-person super tournament. The party is open to anyone over 21 years of age. You must RSVP.
